ABOUT THE EVENT
Join Team OFH for our 16th annual Family Ride Run Walk fundraiser: A morning of road and trail bike ride, walking and running routes, followed by a picnic lunch and fellowship. Together, we hope to raise $160K for grants to our Ministry Partners serving neighborhoods experiencing material poverty in the Greater Milwaukee Synod, ELCA!

Please mark your calendar and start sharing these dates with your congregation:
- July 18: Event registration opens. Check back soon for links to online registration + paper form!
- Sept. 24: OFH Sunday @ your church! Celebrate the work of Outreach For Hope during worship, and collect final sign up’s for the event. (There are already bulletin inserts and a slide posted under the “Resources” section. We plan to post more resources, including a pre-written prayer, closer to the event.)
- Sept. 25 @ 11:59pm: Pre-event registration closes. If we don’t get your online or print registration form by this deadline, we can’t guarantee that you will get a box lunch or t-shirt at the event.
- Sept. 30: 16th Annual OFH Family Ride Run Walk @ four event sites (Milwaukee, Kenosha, Dousman, Grafton).

Fundraising
Donations
- Donate Online: Make a gift towards our goal, with the option to credit it to an individual or team fundraiser. Please consider increasing your donation by 6% to help us cover processing fees!
- Step-by-step video tutorial for online donors
- Check Donations: Make a check out to “Outreach for Hope.” Write “Ride Run Walk” and (optionally) the name of the team or individual fundraiser you’d like to donate to in the memo line. Bring your donation to the event; mail it to PO Box 341695, Milwaukee WI 53234; or hand deliver it to our office.
- Cash Donations: Bring your donation to the event, or hand deliver it to our office. If you’d like to credit your donation to a team or individual fundraiser, please enclose a note with your donation to let us know which one.
